The hotel had a clean environment and the staff were excellent, from cleaners to management. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh and delicious food. - the rooms were lovely, with a cool double shower, balcony, and access to the spa and pool. - the location was fantastic, situated close to the mountains and near the beautiful lake.

Still a bit expensive, warning: It is not where google maps, Booked.net etc. shows it (but quite far away from the center of Aix-les-Bains).

We came to the hotel for relax. But we could not sleep well because of false fire alarm at the middle of the night (2.30am-)... We including my baby was waked up by the huge noise. I asked the front lady why it was happened. She told me that it was caused by high temperature... I think the alarm system should be improved otherwise every nights during summer will be happened.

Truly enjoyed this friendly and perfectly fine hotel, easy to find, with lovely staff from cleaners to management. We were upgraded to excellent privilege double room with a balcony:)))

We had a fantastic stay at the comfortable Mercure hotel in Aix-les-Bains. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early, offering us access to the spa next door. The location was perfect for attending the Musilac festival, with a bus stop just a short walk away. The pool and spa facilities were a definite highlight of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
